My Elsi account

How do I create my Elsi account?

Click on "My Account" on the top right corner of the homepage of our eshop then click on "Create an account" under "New client".
Fill in all the necessary information to create your account. If despite this information, you encounter any difficulties, we invite you to contact us by e-mail at

I can't access my Elsi account

No worries, you can reset your password by clicking on "I forgot my password" then enter your email address to receive a reset email. Don't forget to check your spam if you haven't received any email or write us to indicating your first and last name and/or the e-mail address used to log in.

Products advices

What size should I buy?

If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides present on each product's sheet. If you need more information, do not hesitate to write to us at or ask for an appointment with our product expert for a video call.

How do your swimsuits fit?

We recommend that you take your usual size. Some models may fit a little small, we specify this in each product sheet. But to help you choose, you can find all informations about the fitting in our size guide present on each product sheet.

How to take care of your Elsi products?

An advice is written on each product sheet of our eshop. In order to take care of your swimwear and to ensure his longevity, here are a few tips:

  • Don't wash your swimsuit in washing machine, wash it at the hand with cold water.
  • Don't dry your swimsuit under the sun.
  • In case your item has been in contact with greasy substances, cosmetics, or perfumes that have caused stains, we advise you to rub the fabric with colourless Marseille soap.


Change or cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish it could be possible, once your order is validated, it is not possible to add or delete items or to change an item by another. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

If your order has not yet been taken into account by our logistician and you wish to modify the size/color of an item or your delivery address, contact us as soon as possible at indicating the reference of your order and the modifications to be made.

If unfortunately the modification is not possible, we invite you to return the article and we will invite you to place a new order.

Is there any restocking planned?

Our approach is to produce as precisely as possible so as not to create overproduction and offer you limited series.
For each collection, we plan to restock a few products. To be informed, we invite you to subscribe to our newsletter and follow us on Instagram. Also, we put back online customer returns every week. We advise you to subscribe to the availability alert.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.
